All games featured on PlayVault are either owned by PlayVault or licensed from their respective authors. Each game is embedded in the browser via a dedicated .embed file. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial reuse of any game without permission is prohibited.

By posting comments, ratings, or other content on PlayVault, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the site. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing on the rights of others.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or exploit the games or services.
• Do not use the site for fraudulent or malicious activity.
• Do not reproduce the site design, text, or branding without written permission.

4. Third-party content

Some games may contain third-party assets. PlayVault does not claim ownership of such assets and complies with applicable take-down requests.
