What is Wave Rider?

Wave Rider is a casual, endless surfing game that drops you into a high-speed challenge: control your surfboard or jet ski to ride waves and dodge obstacles, aiming to travel the best distance possible. Dangers can be anywhere across the course, so quick reflexes and good timing matter while you grab as many starfish as you can. Starfish act as the in-game currency and unlock stylish new surfboards and jet skis.
Obstacles include logs, rocks, holes and waterfalls. Collision ends your ride instantly and there is no way to revive it, so a single careless move costs the whole run. Your board also moves faster and faster over time, demanding sharper timing and reflexes the longer you survive. The game has a vibrant summer vibe and super simple controls.

How to Play

Use W, A, D or the arrow keys to control the board.
Steer carefully to stay away from the layers of obstacles scattered along the course. Collect starfish when it is safe—do not risk your run just for one or a few starfish. As speed increases, adjust your pace to keep the run alive. Most boards and jet skis require starfish to unlock, so build up your collection between attempts.
